Podcasting... ways to go
April 10, 2005
So I decided to finally dip into the podcast world, if you're unfamiliar with it you basically subscribe to an RSS feed that downloads MP3 files of radio shows to your computer. Sounds great until you actually listen to the content. I sampled about 20 different tech feeds and all of them were horrid pieces of pooh. Check out the example of "tech radio" http://pepsipaul.xwiki.com/xwiki/bin/view/Main/TechRadioEpisodeDownloads yikes. I have found a deeper respect for radio djs. Its a great concept, download radio shows that interest you to listen to whenever, wherever you go. I'm just having trouble finding decent content at the moment. Remember Christian Slater in Pump up the Volume? I have yet to find him online ;)

**UPDATE** I finally found a decent tech site, even had a sweet interview with Bruce Schneier who is THE crypto man, he wrote the Applied Cryptography book. http://www.itconversations.com/rss.html
